It is believed that spell cast on this auspicious day has enormous power to bring the 4 elemental charges entering the sacred objects to their peak thereby bringing completeness of traditions and the sanctity, intensity, and correctness for those who respect and have faith in Luang Pu Hong and sacred objects made and consecrated by His Venerable.

Phra Pikaniat Pidta is one of the unique sacred objects made and consecrated by prominent guru monk Luang Pu Hong Pharom Panyo of Surin Province. According to His Venerable, Phra Pikaniat has appeared and protected him when he was practicing asceticism in the Cambodian jungle. Thus, His Venerable has honoured Phra Pikaniat as one of his ancestral teacher since.
In Buddhist year 2556, Luang Pu Hong, made and consecrated 500 coded images of Phra Pikaniat Pidta with 4 arms, with 2 hands interlocking in a meditative posture holding a lotus with a crystal orb symbolising steadfast determination; and the other two hands covering the eyes representing mystical power. Under the base of the image is filled with many precious sacred objects.

Luang Pu Hong Prompanyo was one of Surin’s top guru monks revered by Thais as well as foreigners. Amulets and sacred objects made and consecrated by His Venerable are highly sought after by believers. Kumanthongs made and consecrated by Luang Pu Hong are especially well received due to their effectiveness. In Buddhist year 2555, Luang Pu Hong made and consecrated a batch of Kumanthong Petchmongkhun with the Golden Boy sitting on a Chinese dragon holding a gold ingot in his left hand. The image measure approximately base width 4.5 inchesand height 7 inches with many treasures inserted in its base.
