Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Regalia E-Store.

As we are dealing with sacred religious artifacts, please note that we do not cater for return except if the item received is not the item you have purchased. Even then, returns are subjected to the following conditions.

Returns

If the item received is not the item you have purchased, you must notify us of the discrepancy immediately upon receipt of the item. You will have 7 calendar days to return the item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, the item must be intact and in the same condition that you received it. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds and Replacement

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you accordingly. If it is intact and in its original packaging, we will immediately process your request and notify you on the status of your refund or replacement as the case may be.

If you have requested for a refund and your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card that has been used to make the said purchase (or original method of payment that was used). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
