Temple: Wat Mai Amataros
Wat Mai Amataros is famous for its sacred objects, namely Phra Somdej Kru Bang Khun Phrom made and consecrated by Somdej Phra Buddhachan Toh Promarangsi, the abbot of Wat Rakhang Kositaram who used Phong Itthije, Patamung, Trinisinghe and etc. for those Somdej amulets in 1870–1872.

This is the second batch of Kumanthong made and consecrated by Luang Phor Sawai who was known as “Thepchao Haeng Khlong Jinda” of Rueangwet Wittayakom, Nakhon Pathom Province. This minature size Kumanthong amulet width: 0.9 cm and height: 1.5 cm was made in Buddhist year 2542 by Luang Phor Boonlord. Prominent guru monks including Luang Pu Tim of Wat Phra Khao, Chao Khun Suthep of Wat Pathom Chedi, Luang Phor Boonsong of Wat Nong Namjiat and etc. had participated in the consecration and Puttapisek ceremony.

Phra Rod amulet is one of the five major amulets comprising Benjaphrakee, namely Phra Somdet Buddhachan (To) or Phra Somdet, Phra Nang Phaya, Phra Rod, Phra Soom Kor and Phra Phong Suphan, which are considered the best and most valuable amulets of all times by Thai amulets collectors. It has an origin as far back as 1200 years in Northern Thailand. This batch of Phra Rod is made from soil from 4 directions, along with another thousand types of flower pollens and mass consecrated using ancient spells.
